Christian Regnier - Founder and chairman of PRIVINNET, Co-founder and chairman of EUWENA FRANCE
Christian Regnier is a telecommunications expert with 35+ years of dedicated experience and he spent 22 years working for the Air France KLM group in the telecoms sector, before leaving the group in September 2021 to set up PRIVINNET (consulting and expertise in 4G and 5G private networks for businesses).
After co-founding AGURRE in France in 2012, He is also co-founder and president since November 2021 of EUWENA (European Users of Wireless Enterprise Network Association). With more than 50 members in 2024 representing 12 European countries, the main objective of harmonizing private 5G spectrum in Europe for a better ecosystem and therefore faster adoption of Industry 4.0 is well underway.
Christian Regnier initiated one of the first private LTE network experiments in 2017 at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CdG).
2019 with the POC of Private LTE in Roissy airport, was the year of winning of the International Critical Communication Award 2019 (ICCA 2019) in the category “Greatest advance in the Migration to critical Broadband”.
On July 14, 2021, Christian Regnier was awarded the Medal of Aeronautics by the French Minister of Transport for its work (private 4G/5G networks) in the service of French aeronautics.

Peter Clemons has been involved in the global critical communications industry since he wrote his first TETRA report back in 1996. Peter founded the TETRA SME Group (now TETRA Industry Group – TIG) back in 2001, was Director of Communications at Spanish critical communications equipment manufacturer, Teltronic & is also a former Director & Board Member, TCCA, where he worked closely together with all key industry & community players to promote critical communications technology standards around the world.
Peter is President of France-based consulting firm, Quixoticity-EU, founded in 2021, which replaced UK-based firm, Quixoticity Ltd (2012-2021) & Vice-President, standards, EUWENA (European Users Wireless Enterprise Network Association) supporting harmonised spectrum and global standards for private networks across Europe.
In December 2022, Peter joined French LTE/5G Multicast/Broadcast specialist company, ENENSYS Technologies, as Global Head, Critical Communications to help accelerate the migration of existing LMR networks to 3GPP-based critical communications solutions.

Koen Mioulet (NL) graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration in ’84. After some assignments in heavy industry, he switched to telecoms and worked for employers like Ericsson, Nortel and Powerwave in the telecoms industry and notably in the wireless domain. As off 2006 he works as an independent consultant under his label UlWiMo (Ultimate Wireless Mobility).
In 2021, with 8 peers and specialists from the sector he founded EUWENA; Eurepan Users of Wireless Enterprise Networks Association. The association strives for acceleration of the eco system and market development in the emerging niche of private mobile networks. Given the appropriate spectrum companies can develop their own high performance mobile networks on their company premises nowadays ! These networks serve to facilitate Industry 4.0, plant automation and process optimisation and surpass wifi and any other alternative in attainable performances.
For the association he is the secretary and develops the relations with peer associations, writes collateral and holds presentations in international platforms and events.
He is fluent in English and German and has business level command of French.
Thomas Hervieu, Associate Director at LD
Thomas HERVIEU is Associate Director at LD, a firm entirely dedicated to wireless networks services. In addition to the managing the companies key accounts, Thomas is responsible for the marketing and sales within the firm. He manages the company strategic activity for the In-building network solutions and Private Mobile Networks.
He represents association Agurre since its creation in 2012.
Thomas HERVIEU started his career as a radio engineer at Dolphin Telecommunications where he worked both in France and the United-Kingdom.
Thomas HERVIEU has now twenty-five years of working experience in the telecom domain.
Thomas HERVIEU holds of bachelor (Bsc) in telecom engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal and a MBA from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.
